As a licensed and board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring a unique perspective to mental health care. My career has been shaped by over five years of high-intensity nursing experience in the emergency department. This background has honed my ability to remain calm and decisive during complex situations, ensuring that every patient feels safe and supported from the very first visit. While I am a recent graduate with the latest evidence-based training, my deep clinical roots mean I am equipped to manage the intersection of physical and emotional wellness.

Each patient will have an introductory session where I have time to conduct a thorough intake assessment, establish goals with the patient, and identify key stressors that the patient would like to work on throughout their treatment for anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD or other psychiatric diagnoses.
